Terms of Service

Effective date: September 26, 2026

These Terms govern your use of arriveluxe.com and every order placed through it. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of the same agreement. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Arrive Luxe is a trading name of FLUFFDOMAIN GROUP LLC, based in LOS ANGELES, CA. The store sells Travel Comfort Essentials products to customers in the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this condition and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Your account and the details you give us

You agree that the name, address, email and telephone number you provide are accurate and current. Delivery failures caused by an incorrect address are your responsibility. If you create an account, keeping your password confidential is also your responsibility; tell us at support@arriveluxe.com straight away if you think someone else has gained access to it.

4. Products and descriptions

We describe each product as accurately as we can, using the specifications available to us. Photographs are illustrative: screen calibration affects colour, and hand measurement of soft goods carries small tolerances. Products may be changed, restocked or withdrawn at any time without notice, and stock shown is not a guarantee of availability until an order is accepted.

5. Prices, currency and errors

Prices appear on the site in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated. Tax, where it applies, is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already accepted. If an obvious pricing or description error appears, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price, and we will tell you why.

6. How an order is formed

Adding items to a basket and submitting payment is an offer to buy. The contract comes into existence when we send the shipping confirmation for those items. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock has run out, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where an order appears fraudulent.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, which handles card data to the PCI-DSS standard over an encrypted connection. All amounts payable are displayed before you confirm; there are no hidden charges.

8. Shipping

We ship only within the United States, to all 50 states, using a single free standard service. Full details of processing times, transit times and tracking are in the Shipping Policy, which applies to every order.

9. Cancellations

To cancel, write to support@arriveluxe.com as soon as you can and quote your order number. Because orders are prepared quickly, an order that has already been picked, packed or dispatched cannot usually be stopped.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and wrong items received, within the window and under the conditions set out in the Refund and Returns Policy. Please read that policy before ordering, as it also explains what is not covered.

11. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and code of this site belong to or are licensed to Arrive Luxe and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with an order. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.

12. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to overload it.
• Do not introduce malware, harmful code or automated scraping tools.
• Do not copy site content for republication or resale.

13. Third-party links and services

Pages may reference services operated by others, such as carrier tracking pages or the payment provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms, which you accept separately.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are supplied as is and as available. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of harmful components, nor that any information on it is complete or current at all times. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Arrive Luxe nor FLUFFDOMAIN GROUP LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or from any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLUFFDOMAIN GROUP LLC, its officers and its employees against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from your misuse of the site, or from your infringement of the rights of a third party.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, network or utility failure, and acts of government.

18. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it on any other.

19. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of California and the applicable federal law of the United States. The courts of the State of California have jurisdiction.

20. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always the one on this page, and it applies to orders placed after it is published. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
