Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Arrive Luxe does with personal information collected through arriveluxe.com. It covers visiting the site, placing an order and contacting us, and it applies to every visitor whether or not they buy anything.

1. Information you give us

• Identity and contact details: your name, email address, telephone number, and the shipping and billing addresses you enter at checkout.
• Order records: the items you bought, the order number and date, delivery status, and any correspondence about that order.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or through a form, including photographs attached to a return or damage claim.

2. Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, our servers and our analytics tools record technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, device identifiers, the pages you opened, the page that referred you and the time of each request. This data describes how the site is used; it is not used to build a profile of you as an individual.

3. Payment information

Card payments are captured and processed by Shopify Payments under the PCI-DSS standard. Full card numbers, expiry dates and security codes go directly to the processor. They do not reach our systems and we never store them. What we retain is the confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last digits of the card where the processor supplies them for reconciliation.

4. Why we use it

• To take, pack, ship and invoice your order, and to arrange returns and refunds.
• To answer your questions and keep a record of support conversations.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent orders and abuse of the site.
• To keep the site working, diagnose faults and improve what we sell and how we describe it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send marketing email, only where you have asked for it, and only until you unsubscribe.

5. Who else sees it

We share personal data with third-party providers only where they need it to do a job for us, and only the minimum required:

• the e-commerce platform that hosts this store and its checkout;
• the payment processor that handles your transaction;
• shipping carriers, which need your name, address and phone number to deliver a parcel;
• email and analytics providers, which process messages and site statistics on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, where a court or public authority compels it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect the safety of a person. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies to keep your basket, remember preferences, secure the checkout and measure traffic in aggregate. Your browser settings let you refuse or delete cookies, and you can do so at any time; some parts of the store, the basket and the checkout in particular, will not work correctly without them.

7. How long it is kept

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and consumer-protection law requires. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for resolving your case and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Once information no longer serves any of these purposes, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

8. Security

Traffic between your browser and this store is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Access to order data is restricted to the people who need it, and payment credentials never enter our environment. No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security, but we do commit to acting promptly if a problem is discovered.

9. Your choices and rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time, through the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

Send any of these requests to support@arriveluxe.com. We may ask for details that let us match the request to an order, so that we do not hand your data to somebody else.

10. California residents

If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, the right to have it deleted subject to legal exceptions, the right to opt out of any sale of personal information, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information; if that ever changes, a clear opt-out will be published here first. To make a CCPA request, email support@arriveluxe.com and put CCPA Request in the subject line.

11. Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not direct the site at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information, in line with COPPA. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the revised text and a new effective date are published on this page. Material changes will be signalled clearly. Please look at the date above from time to time.
